Our client is a pioneering crypto investment company who is looking for a M&A Lawyer to join the firm and support their fast-growing business.

about the job.

• Draft, review and negotiate on a board range of legal document relating to all kinds of investments
• Provide legal support on structuring and documentation of M&A, PE, VC related transactions
• Advice on a wide range of commercial agreements, compliance and regulations
• Provide prompt, commercial, practical and high quality legal advice to relevant business areas

skills & experiences required.

• Qualified lawyer with ideally 5+ years PQE with in-depth knowledge of PE M&A transactions
• Trained in a well-known law firm with M&A practice, experience in web3 industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
